Philadelphia Youth Network (PYN) aims to “create coordinated systems which promote the attainment of academic achievement, economic opportunity, and personal success.” These Career Development Framework (CDF) Tools were created to help educators and employers ensure that they are best serving their high school students and interns in preparation for their lives after graduation. I worked with Erica Wexler Transforms LLC as the Lead Designer to design five tools: For Practitioners – Personal Skill Development, Communication, Critical Thinking, Networking; For Employers – a readiness rubric and checklist.
