Natalie & Leigh were looking for an elegant and earthy feel for their wedding invitations. Through the mood board process, we discovered their affinity for delicate greenery and texturized paper. I combined these elements by creating a custom watercolor leaf illustration and opting for speckled paper with a deckled edge. We kept the text simple, both in wording and appearance, to capture the intimacy of the event. It was important to the couple to keep the process as green as possible, so we opted for minimal pieces, RSVPs by email, and printing on recycled paper. As supporters of local artists, we opted to print with local print shop Atmosphere Printing Company who did an excellent job creating the perfectly deckled edge.
